Signed customer up for gold membership plan. Performed gold membership furnace tune up. Found furnace to be on and functioning when I arrived. Performed combustion analysis on furnace, furnace passed in all fields. Found signs of water under neath furnace. Found furnace drain trap to be restricted causing water to not drain properly. Found drain line exiting furnace to floor drain to be clogged. Cleared drain trap and drain line. Recommend checking underneath furnace after a day or 2 of running furnace to make sure water is drying, if not recommend calling us back to find where water is coming from. Checked electrical components, checked amp draws of fan motor and exhaust motor, checked temp rise, checked for proper staging of furnace, checked safeties in furnace for proper operation, checked flame sensor signal, found low flame signal. Cleaned flame sensor to proper reading. Everything else checked out good. Found furnace to have ECM blower motor, recommend leaving fan set to on posit

Found fan motor and compressor not running when I arrived. Found capacitor to be bad. Replaced capacitor and all components turned on and were functioning. Found condenser coil to be getting restricted with cotton. Cleaned condenser coil. Checked refrigerant levels, refrigerant checked out good. Recommend keeping air filter clean.

Customers complaint was a/c was shutting off periodically throughout today. Checked capacitor, capacitor tested out good on fan side and compressor side. Checked contactor, contactor was good. There is no safeties in condenser that would shut off unit. Customer has saver switch installed so electrical company will cycle unit during peak hours. Suspect unit was shutting off because of saver switch. Found condenser coil to be getting restricted with cotton. Cleaned condenser coil. Checked refrigerant levels, refrigerant checked out good. Recommend calling us back out if issue persists.

Found system to be low on refrigerant, recharged system with 2 lbs R22. Found compressor to be getting weak. Unit is still functioning but is at life expectancy. Recommend replacing A/C system soon.
Replaced indoor coil for a/c system. Cleaned condenser with chemicals and water. Tested unit and a/c was working well. Recommend keeping air filter and condenser coil clean.
Found combustion air intake hood with flapper installed intake hood should not have a flapper. Flappers do not allow air to flow inward.
